CONTRACT FOR THE SUPPLY OF PRODUCTS & / OR SERVICES

Goods displayed on the Mallorca Distillery website amount to an invitation to treat and they do not constitute an offer to sell products or services at any price indicated from time to time. No contract for the supply of products or goods will be deemed to exist between you and Mallorca Distillery unless, and until, a confirmation email is sent to you by Mallorca Distillery confirming that the order that you have placed has been accepted and payment has been received. The confirmation email acknowledges acceptance by Mallorca Distillery of your offer to buy goods or services from Mallorca Distillery and this acceptance is effective regardless of whether or not you receive the acceptance email.

ORDER PROCESSING

You are advised that Credit Cards will be debited before Goods are shipped or before Services are activated by Mallorca Distillery. It is a criminal act to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to induce an order for Goods or Services and anyone who wilfully misuses an invalid or stolen credit card will be reported to the Police. We track the electronic fingerprints of orders placed on the Mallorca Distillery Website and report unlawful or suspected unlawful transactions to the appropriate authorities.

Mallorca Distillery provides this website and its content on an “as is” basis and no representations or warranties of any kind are implicit in respect to the website or its content. Mallorca Distillery refutes all such representations and warranties, including warranties in respect of merchantability and fitness for purpose. Mallorca Distillery does not warrant that information displayed on this site is complete, current or accurate.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason you do not want the product that you have purchased, we will refund your money or exchange the product if you notify us within 5 working days after you receive the product, subject to, the product must be returned to us with the seal intact and unopened. The product must be in good condition and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the return delivery costs. We will refund your payment within 30 days of cancellation.

Faulty or damaged products will be exchanged or refunded to you including the cost of carriage. Please notify us within 48 hours of your receipt of any faulty or damaged product and we will refund your purchase within 30 days of you notifying us. You may be required to return the faulty or damaged product to us for reasons of quality inspection. If goods that you have ordered are damaged at the time of delivery to you, please refuse the delivery and ask the courier to return the damaged goods to us. Please advise us at info@mallorcadistillery.com in these circumstances, whether you require a replacement or a refund. None of the above affects your statuary rights.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Mallorca Distillery SL, its directors, employees or other representatives will not be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the website, except as specifically stated above. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all or any damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of income or profit, loss of or damage to property, loss of data and claims to third parties.

Mallorca Distillery reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any terms and conditions posted on the Mallorca Distillery website from time to time, are deemed to be the effective terms and conditions from the date of posting.

CONTRATO PARA EL SUMINISTRO DE PRODUCTOS Y/O SERVICIOS

Los productos que aparecen en la página web de Mallorca Distillery constituyen una invitación a ofertar y no constituyen una oferta para vender productos o servicios a cualquier precio indicado ocasionalmente. No se considerará que existe ningún contrato para el suministro de productos o mercancías entre usted y Mallorca Distillery a menos que y hasta que se le haya enviado un correo electrónico confirmando que el pedido que ha solicitado ha sido aceptado y que se ha recibido el pago del mismo. El correo de confirmación reconoce la aceptación por parte de Mallorca Distillery de su oferta para comprar mercancías o servicios de Mallorca Distillery y esta aceptación será efectiva haya recibido o no el correo de aceptación.

PROCESO DEL PEDIDO

Las tarjetas de crédito se cobrarán antes de que enviemos los productos o antes de que los servicios se activen por Mallorca Distillery. Se considera un delito usar un nombre falso o una tarjeta de crédito no válida para realizar un pedido de Mercancías o Servicios, y cualquier persona que a conciencia haga mal uso de una tarjeta no válida o robada será denunciada a la policía. Realizamos un seguimiento de la huella digital de los pedidos a Mallorca Distillery y cualquier transacción ilegal o sospechosa será denunciada a las autoridades competentes.

POLÍTICA DE CAMBIOS Y DEVOLUCIONES

Si por alguna razón no quiere el producto que ha comprado, le devolveremos el dinero o se lo cambiaremos si nos avisa durante los 5 días laborables después de haber recibido el producto. Es importante saber que sólo se realizará en los casos donde el producto no haya sido abierto ni se haya quitado el sello. El producto deberá estar en buenas condiciones y en su paquete original. El coste del envío será responsabilidad suya. Le reembolsaremos durante los 30 días siguientes después de la cancelación.

Le reembolsaremos o cambiaremos los productos que estén dañados o defectuosos, incluyendo los gastos de envío. Nos lo deberá notificar durante las 48h siguientes de recibir el producto, y le devolveremos la cantidad durante los 30 días siguientes a su notificación. Puede que le pidamos que nos devuelva el producto dañado o defectuoso por razones de inspección. Si los productos que ha pedido están dañados cuando se los entreguen, por favor no los acepte y pida que nos los devuelvan. Nos lo deberá notificar al correo info@mallorcadistillery.com diciéndonos si desea un cambio o una devolución. Nada de lo arriba mencionado afecta a sus derechos estatutarios.

LIMITACIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD

Mallorca Distillery SL, sus directores, empleados u otros representantes no serán responsables por los daños surgidos o que tengan relación con el uso de la página web, excepto cuando estén expresadamente especificados anteriormente. Esta es una limitación general de responsabilidad que se aplica a cualquier daño incluyendo (sin limitación) los daños compensatorios, directos, indirectos o consecuentes, pérdida de ingresos o beneficios, pérdida de daños a bienes, pérdida de datos y reclamaciones a terceros.
