Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Mallorca Distillery, Palma de Mallorca, Spain (RGSEAA Nº 30.014999/IB). The full registered address is available on request via our contact page. The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

2. Eligibility

• The giveaway is open to entrants worldwide who are at least 18 years old, or the legal age for purchasing and consuming alcohol in their country of residence if that age is higher.
• Entrants are responsible for ensuring that entering this giveaway and receiving an alcohol-related prize is legal where they live. The giveaway is void wherever it is prohibited or restricted by law.
• Where a prize includes alcohol, the winner is responsible for any local import duties or taxes, and the promoter may substitute or withhold alcohol elements that cannot legally be shipped to the winner’s country.
• Employees of the promoter, their families and anyone professionally connected with the giveaway may not enter.
• To enter via Instagram, the entrant’s profile must be public so the entry can be viewed.

3. Promotion period

The giveaway runs until 31 December 2026, 23:59 CET. It is divided into monthly entry windows: each monthly window closes on the last day of the calendar month. Entries received after the end of a month are carried into the next monthly window, and all valid entries also qualify for the final grand-prize draw at the close of the giveaway.

4. How to enter — free, no purchase necessary

There are two free ways to enter. No purchase is necessary and a purchase will not improve your chance of winning.

• Instagram: post a photo or video inspired by Mallorca to your public feed or story, tag @mallorcadistillery and include the hashtag #TakePalmaHome.
• Email: submit your email address through the entry form on the Win Palma page. An email entry counts as a full, equal entry.

Both methods are accepted as valid entries and you may use either or both. There is no limit on the number of Instagram entries you may post, but each person can win at most one prize per monthly window. Only one email entry per person is counted.

5. Prizes

Monthly prize: in each monthly window, one winner receives the complete Palma Spirits Collection — the current organic range (Palma Gin, Citrus Gin, Spiced Gin, Rosé Gin, Monastrell Gin and Palma Vodka) — delivered to the winner’s address. The promoter may adjust the exact contents to reflect the range available at the time.

Grand prize: the ultimate Mallorca escape, with a total value of €3,500+, awarded to up to three winners drawn at the close of the giveaway on 31 December 2026. The grand prize includes return economy flights for two from a major airport in the winner’s country of residence, three nights’ accommodation in Mallorca, a Palma Gin distillery experience, a guided local tour and the complete Palma Spirits Collection. Travel must be taken within 12 months of the draw, is subject to availability, excludes peak periods (July and August), and dates are arranged by mutual agreement. Flights, transfers, insurance, meals and any other costs not expressly stated are the winner’s responsibility.

Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. If a stated prize element becomes unavailable, the promoter may substitute an element of equal or greater value.

6. Winner selection & notification

Winners are chosen by Mallorca Distillery from all valid entries based on creativity and how well the entry reflects the spirit of Mallorca and the Palma brand. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message and/or email within 7 days of each draw. If a winner cannot be reached or does not respond within 14 days, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Data protection

The data controller is Mallorca Distillery. Personal data provided when entering is used solely to run the giveaway — to contact and verify winners and to fulfil prizes — and is kept for the duration of the giveaway plus six months, after which it is deleted unless you have opted in to our mailing list. If you opt in, your email is added to the Mallorca Distillery mailing list and you can unsubscribe at any time. Data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

8. General

• By entering via Instagram, you confirm the content is your own and grant the promoter permission to repost it with credit in connection with the giveaway.
• The promoter may amend these terms or cancel the giveaway where reasonably necessary; any changes will be posted on this page.
• The giveaway and these terms are governed by Spanish law, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Palma de Mallorca, Spain — without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
